One-on-One Life Coaching

My Personal Journey

After my personal journey through infertility and loss, I felt a call to women’s ministry and pursued it through various avenues – meeting with individuals, leading group wellness classes, and co-leading our church’s Women’s Ministry for many years.

 In 2015, following some health challenges and an autoimmune diagnosis, I discovered effective tools for my own fitness, nutrition and overall well-being and desired to share these tools with others. I became a health and wellness coach focused on daily accountability in the areas of fitness and nutrition.

 In 2020 I became a certified Coach, Speaker and Trainer with the John Maxwell Team to offer more generalized life and spiritual coaching to my health clients as well as to expand my coaching services to help serve more women.

Total Wellness

Because total wellness is comprised of many components, One-on-One coaching will touch on the topics of Mindset, Movement, Nutrition, Spiritual Growth and Personal Development and will be tailored to the specific needs of the client.

Bi-weekly sessions are online or in person and typically last 50 minutes.
